The Axilor Accelerator program is simply one of the fastest ways to get funded. You will get there by figuring out if you are working on something people want, build products users love and show early traction (both usage and revenues).

Startups that meet the investment goals get funding of upto Rs.25 lacs*.

The applications for the Summer '17 Accelerator batch are closed.
The Axilor Accelerator Program runs twice a year; March and September. The startups are selected on a rolling basis and the applications are accepted throughout the year.
Grittiness and passion is what we look for in the founding teams during the early stages of their business. Majority of the founders who have been selected into the program were almost 6 months into their business and with a product and early adoption metrics in place. We also invite later stage companies working on a specific idea and wanting to revisit their business model to apply and finetune their solution
We are looking for companies and founders who come in with a tech-led solution for real world problems. We support ideas in the space of
1)Fintech
2)Consumer internet
3)Health –tech
4)Enterprise SaaS
We look for differentiated and scalable solutions in each of these spaces. We also look for deep tech solutions built using Artificial intelligence, Machine learning and NLP with applications in both consumer and enterprise space
A successful application is the one where founders are able to express their answers clearly and have the ability to stand out from the crowd. Axilor receives hundreds of applications and the application has to make it visible by being clear, concise and direct to point.
Successful applications have two things in common. One, the founders have some proprietary insight(s) about the startup idea. Second, they have solved some tough problems before and have smartly overcome challenges. Successful applications also have more evidence than promise!
A lot - and most of what happens is aimed at accelerating progress, helping startups build products their users will love and make them investible faster. Most startups get funded at the successful completion of the program.
As part of the program, startups get dedicated access to experts and other entrepreneurs to help you achieve your milestones. Besides directly helping the startups achieve their goals, the Accelerator Program comes with a host of benefits. These include differentiated partner benefits from AWS, Google, Microsoft and Facebook accruing upto over $200K in worth and come with much needed expertise!
You also get access to special (and otherwise expensive!) tools for market validation, prototyping and testing. You get free membership of Tracxn database to help you network and learn more about your competition.
We also bring in Market access for our startups through our partnerships with companies like Tally, Mindtree, Unitus and other select partners. Not to mention working among entrepreneurs like you in one of the best startup campuses in the country. One last thing, visibility always helps - we also help our startups become more visible.
Yes - simply because we have more time. Hence, we invite the select early applicants over for an initial chat. This improves the chances of selection for startups.
We invest at the end of the program. At the accelerator stage, Axilor does not take any equity in the startups (we actually give a small grant of upto Rs.50,000 to help you set up!). However, on achieving certain milestones, the startups can get seed funding as part of our Scale-Up Program. In this, we offer INR 25 lakhs in funding in exchange for a small minority stake in the company. Sometimes, this happens even before the 100 days get over.


Scale Up

We look to support start-ups with early customer traction and/or revenues with their scaling plans. We invest upto INR 25 lacs in this program. While not residential, most benefits of the Accelerator program continue in the Scale Up program as well.

Axilor’s scale up program is aimed at early stage startups that have recently gone live with their product/business plan and have several active users experiencing the product.
We offer INR 25 lakhs in funding as a part of the scale up funding program in exchange for a small minority stake in the company. This stage typically qualifies as seed stage funding for companies.

Early Stage Funding

The Early-Stage Funding program supports start-ups from launch to scale, backed by funding of INR 75 lakh to INR 3 crore for a significant minority. This program is aimed at companies looking to raise a pre series A or early series A round. Typically, companies that qualify for the early stage funding program are those that have demonstrated a market fit and have had good customer traction and revenue visibility.

The early stage funding program is aimed at companies looking to raise a pre series A or early series A round and ticket sizes range from INR 50 lakhs to INR3 crore for a significant minority.

- E-mails are messy to keep track especially when you receive a lot of them. If you want to apply for funding, go to https://axilor.venture360.co/ and enter the details it asks for. ­
- We respond within a week on most applications. ­
- For the ones we select, we have an initial call to know more and follow it up with analysis and reference checks. For many reasons, we end up with a much smaller number after this step. ­
- We follow it up with a meeting with one of our founders and then present to the IC. ­ On IC approval, we proceed with other formalities starting with the term sheet. ­
- As for timelines, while there is no specific time frame in which an investment is completed, the entire process can range between 25 days and 3 months.
